DOWNTOWN DISNEY® Resort Area Hotels is not responsible for failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; incomplete entries or communications; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about the first day of every month among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Chisano Marketing Group whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by phone, email and/or express mail on or about the tenth of every month. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (and their immediate families (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife), and those living in the same household of such employees, of Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes is not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
By entering, entrants agree:
Grand and First Prize winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within 10 days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing or return of prize notification/documentation as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. If identity of winner is disputed based on the email address submitted, prize will be awarded to the person identified as the authorized account holder of the email address at the time entry is submitted as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
No substitutions or transfers of prize, except by Sponsor (due to prize unavailability) for a prize of equal or greater value selected by Sponsor. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are not liable and shall be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury and/or damage to entrant and/or any other person and/or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury and/or death to entrant and/or any other person, and/or damage to personal and/or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of a prize or participation in this promotion.
If this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who it believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation or termination, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation or termination to award prizes. Prizes are awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee provided by Sponsor.
